The Path To Personal Freedom

Living life in the extremes has always been a challenge for me. Often times I felt as if I was constantly on a roller coaster ride; some days feeling totally high or incredibly low, rarely  feeling balanced and stable. There had to be more to life than what I was experiencing. So I began the search for the missing piece to the puzzle.

I discovered that what was missing was awareness of the path I was creating in my life, with every thought and every action. Eventually I learned to become more conscious of my thoughts and this helped me have more control over my feelings. Developing practical tools, such as ways to meditate through movement, has supported me in dealing with everyday stress that can create imbalance.

Acting from a place of clarity and feeling good is the journey I am blessed to now find myself on.
